The list of Non-Cooperative Countries and Territories (NCCTs) has been modified by order of 4 April 2012.

From 1st January 2012, the list of NCCTs that are taxable at the rate of 50% is as follows:
- Botswana
- Brunei
- Guatemala
- Marshall Islands
- Montserrat
- Nauru
- Niue
- Philippines
